This one packs in 36 grams of protein, 45 grams of carbs and only 6 grams of fat. The amount of carbs can also easily be cut if you make it open face.
The biggest meal yet would be a Power Bowl from Taco Bell. This bowl is easily customizable and can be adjusted to fit your personal nutrition goals. We recommend cutting out the fatty foods, cheese and sour cream, and adding additional veggies and beans. With these alterations your meal will be 420 calories and packed with fiber and protein.
El Pollo Loco
This chain is getting on the healthy train for they even have an under 500 calorie section on their menu. Of the option our favorite is the Grilled Chicken Salad. We tried to refrain from mentioning salads, but this one just looks too good. It serves fire-grilled chicken, corn, lettuce, cotija cheese, cilantro and pico de gallo over a bed of fresh shredded lettuce. Even better, it only has 240 calories. I feel like a broken record at this point, but feel free to drop the cheese.
